All Realtors will give you the (5 P"s)

  1. Put a sign in your yard
  2. Put your house on the Internet
  3. Put your house in the newspaper
  4. Put a flyer in the box on the sign
  5. Pray that it sellls

Selling your home is more than what I just mentioned, it involves much more.  Today getting a good Realtor is like finding a needle in a hay stack.

A professional will take the time and go to your home and see what differentiates you from the house that is for sale up the street, all too often a Realtor will go to your home and before seeing what you have different she/he tells you what your home is worth.

Giving you the advice about getting rid of the clutter and staging your home for sale, staging is very popular and usually will pay big dividends when your home is shown.

Giving you advice about paint colors for the interior of your home, you might think that the purple walls look great but the prospective home buyer may not. Changing appliances could be a small investment and make a world of difference when a buyer comes through.

If you need landscaping that could be the difference between someone wanting to go in and see your home or not. Most professional Realtor teams will have proven professionals that they can call and get things done fairly quickly. When I sell a home I have Carpet/Floor People, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, Landscapers, Yard People and many more.

When you sell your home with a professional you can put your feet up and relax because you know that your in good hands.
