I will try make a rather long and stressful story short. This seller definitely had the stress piled on with the sale of her Sandpoint Idaho home. Through it all she hung in there, trusted me to do my job and remained classy.
All started well with multiple offers within a few days of listing. A good thing because she had found a home and made an offer while looking where she wanted to move. Not part of the plan on her two day trip she applied and was offered a job she was very happy about.
After that everything went the wrong way with nothing but anxiety. See what transpired with her accepted offer falling out only 10 days before closing, only being the tip of the iceberg.
Today she is happy and unpacked in her new out of state home. Her pooch pals are happy. Her new job is going well and she was estactic of the 100 degree weather when I told her of our 40 degrees and rain. As a capper I was able to tell her the Earnest Money was being mailed to her today.
