Isn't it cheap? But they still say "many of Trulia functions...", not all of them. But stlll, this is cheap. WOuld they clone Google for $12,000?

Spencer.. I think this is a advertising ploy. Just like all the ads you see for items you can buy for $19.95. Sounds too good to be true.
