SOLD in Spring Valley Subdivision in Clermont FL

I am pleased to announce 12021 Woodglen Circle in Spring Valley Subdivision is now a closed sale. I represented the seller in the transaction whom I've known since 2005, he is one of my best buyer/seller investor clients. This was his fourth investment home in Spring Valley within the past year. Home was listed at $179,900, we received six offers, two were cash and above asking, seller chose the one with an FHA loan for a first time home buyer. Closing started at 11:00am on May 24, 2016 and was funded at 2:00pm May 25, 2016, one of the longest closings I've ever had in fourteen years. Lender dropped the ball on this one but it was fixed. I am very happy for the buyer and my seller who is looking for his next investment property.

I don't know whether to say "congrats" for selling another or "duh" because obviously having you list the home was going to result in a great sale!

Sorry to hear the lender dropped the ball, but STOKED to read that your seller accepted the FHA offer ---- too many people are declining this financing type when it's a great program. Good for everyone involved!
