Granddaughter Maggie Stout is playing for Austin Junior Volleyball (AJV) on a new team formed called 15 Molten. They recently qualified for Nationals held in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Indiana Convention Center June 24 – July 3rd in July.
This young team is made up of gals that have played their heart out this season and we are so proud of them! One of the moms who works for American Airlines and couldn’t go to the tournament when they qualified for Nationals had the airline captain and passengers cheering for the girls! Go 15 Molton!!!
AJV is one of the few clubs in the United States involved in as many different areas of volleyball. The expectation and visions for the staff and the teams are set on a national scope. They stress leadership which as a part of AJV you become an integral part of the volleyball leadership! This is a sport which improves fitness, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility as well as develops confidence, dedication, commitment, teamwork, leadership and problem solving skills. They build lasting relationships and have fun!! These are our leaders for the future and I’m feeling really good at what I’m seeing!!
