This weekend is the start of summer, an extra day added to the weekend...an escape for some people to the weekend getaway location. Picnics and parties, barbeques...parades, fireworks and ceremonies held throughout the country in honor of those men and women who have upheld our honor in service to our country.
This video clip is one I had never seen....I had never heard "Taps" played in its entirety. You too would be part of the standing ovation and teared audience when you hear this stirring rendition.

Take the time this weekend to be a part of the remembrance that this weekend is meant to be..to thank those you know who have served or are serving currently...their family and friends for the sacrifice they share while a loved one is in service to our country.
