Las Vegas buying opportunity will not last!!

I really agree with this article in yesterday's paper.

It is such a fantastic time to be a buyer in Las Vegas, as well as most other cities. Prices have come down to where it is now affordable and will be a good investment in future years. There are so many bank owned homes available in all areas of Las Vegas. from low end to high end properties. Price per sq ft can be had from $90-130 enabling you to get a really great deal. The banks may even help you with your closing costs.

This buying opportunity, however, will not be around for too long. The smart buyers are taking advantage and are starting to snap up these bargains.

If you think you can wait to buy in 6 months, you will have missed this opportunity. You will remember this opportunity and will say, "was I crazy not to have bought now"
