Callanwolde Fine Arts Center presents Jazz on the Lawn 2016, showcasing a lineup of Atlanta’s finest jazz treasures performing a mix of classic and contemporary jazz, swing, fusion, smooth and blues, in a perfect setting for summer outdoor concerts, located in Atlanta’s Druid Hills neighborhood.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of Callanwolde’s grounds it’s a great way to join friends, unwind and listen to an evening of live music. Guests are invited to bring a blanket and a picnic and enjoy these concerts in the Callanwolde Amphitheater.

Jazz on the Lawn 2016 Lineup:

Aug 5th – Bob Baldwin with opening act, Audrey Shakir

Time: Concerts June and July begin at 7:30 PM, Aug 5th concert begins at 6:30 PM

Tickets:
General Admission – $20 advance purchase online; $25 at the door
VIP Lawn Seating – $50 Advance Purchase Only
VIP Tables – $200 per concert (please provide guest list for table, each guest must have a VIP Table Seating ticket)

Parking: Parking is free and on-site.

Weather: All concerts will be held in the amphitheater, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly.

Food: Bring your own picnic and drinks! Beer, wine and Coke products will be available for purchase
Dominics’s Pizza Food Truck and Atomic Ice cream Sandwiches will be available at every concert this summer.

The Callanwolde Foundation, Inc., operating as Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve, restore, and develop the Callanwolde Estate and to be a premier public participatory arts and cultural center. Callanwolde was built by Charles Howard Candler, President of The Coca-Cola Company (1916,1920-1923,) Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Emory University (nearly 30 years), and eldest son of Asa Griggs Candler who founded The Coca-Cola Company. Callanwolde is a magnificent Tudor Revival style mansion situated on a beautifully landscaped 12.5-acre estate. A busy, non-profit community arts center, Callanwolde offers classes and workshops for all ages in visual, literary and performing arts. Special performances, gallery exhibits, outreach programs and fundraising galas are presented throughout the year.
