The Marina Del Rey, CA Condominium listings remain very tight from an inventory perspective. Look at the three year comparison and you can see why buyers and their agents are complaining about the need for more inventory:
Needless to say with the lack of inventory not surprisingly the Pending Sales are down as well. Surprisingly not as much as I would have anticipated.
I am sure as you saw the above two statistics you can guess what this has done to the Days on Market Statistics. Amazing a property that is listed is virtually Pending in days....
