Hello Sonja & Julian

I have a lot of firefighters that I work with and they are all buying land in TN.

So why should they go to Brentwood?

Hello Abi,

I do not know what state you are in.. However, I have recently relocated to Brentwood, TN from Miami, FL. Let me tell you, Brentwood is a Breath of Fresh Air. People are friendly, considerate and helpful beyond belief. I mean, I am not knocking Florida. But, honestly I don't know what took me so long to get here.

Purchasing property/land in Brentwood is favorable for your clients all around. The Home/Land value here is remarkable.  They are sure to get a favorable return. Unlike some states, Tennessee period has property going up everywhere, especially in Brentwood, Franklin & Spring Hill and has not been affect as bad as other areas. Last time I check there is a 7% increase in value.

I would love to speak you about it more in great detail call me at 615-506-9286 anytime.

Abi,

I see you are from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Brentwood is like Pembroke Pines/Coral Springs before the crowd. There are plenty of Malls, so, so, so many Restaurants and shopping plazas. Lots of things to do. And the views of the mountains are so amazing. I means sometimes I think am just on Vacation here. Reminds of Pembroke Pines 10 years ago in the stage where property were 100K and went up to 300k in a couple of years. Remember that. You know the shoulda, woulda, coulda invest stage. Your clients would absolutely love it here. If there are looking for a little change and serenity.

 Take care.
