Ouch, I had one like that years ago, so I sold the woman a Condominium instead.... I could tell during the house showings that the relationship was not working out and during the house hunt he was looking for the hip cool hillside home and she was looking for the traditional family home with the back and front yards..... good thing it is a seller's market...Endre
