Coldwell Banker Lethbridge
Lethbridge had a Coldwell Banker franchise real estate office for the past 20 -25 years. Back when it opened, Coldwell Banker was the fastest growing franchise in the industry. That was back in the early 1990's when I was just new to the industry. I almost started my real estate career at our Lethbridge Coldwell Banker First Lethbridge Realty office. Instead, I had met some people who were working at Royal Lepage and so ended up starting there.
Recently, through the changes in our industry and agents switching offices, etc. the Lethbridge franchise of Coldwell Banker closed down. The last few agents who were working there at the time of it closing seemed to scatter to a couple other offices, a few I believe actually retired from the real estate industry even.
Still, Coldwell Banker remains a strong franchise brand in many other markets. As such, I have purchased the domain name for the old Coldwell Banker Lethbridge office and directed it to my own Lethbridge real estate brokerage page.
