Question...

If a buyer of a piece of land asks the seller for the 1st right of refusal on the house next door (owned by the same seller)...

What is that 'right' worth?

  • A percentage of the purchase price?
  • Some random figure?

Thanks for your answers in advance!!

I did not have much responce to this post.  It must be that there is not many first right options that are exercized here.  As this market changes and we watch the economy, I suspect that this will change.
