Did you know...
You can select multiple names and then put them all into the same categorie(s) at the same time?
This can be extremely useful when you have imported a new list of names (for example a new farm area) and want to communicate the same message to that group (categorie).
- Import the list into Outlook - never do this into your main Contact folder
- Select all the names
- Right click and scroll to Categories
- Check the Categoie box that applies to the names you have selected (yes you can put all of them into multiple categories).
- Click OK
Now you can begin to create or implemment a communication strategy to that particular group of people iin your database. This is one way to streamline your communication to your clients and prospects.
Increase your referrals through a planned communication strategy. When developing a communication plan keep it simple and you will be more likely to implement and stick to it. In my opinion, the more complicated your strategy the more likely you are to fail.
