Where can you see the fireworks for the July 4th? Check out this list of Westchester County fireworks and festivities. Please note that there are events on July 4th as well as July 3rd and July 2nd and even some earlier. These are mainly in reverse chronological order. I have posted July 4th events, followed by those on the 3rd and then the 2nd and 1st and June 30th.

Most events are free, but there are some where you need to purchase tickets and some where there are parking fees.
Enjoy the fireworks from the Hudson to the Sound and make it the best 4th of July yet.
UPDATE: White Plains and Cross County Fireworks in Yonkers that were originally scheduled for July 1st have been RESCHEDULED for Wednesday, July 6th (due to weather).

July 4th evening events:
Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown Fireworks - July 4th 2016
Fireworks display on the water front at 9:00pm. Best views can be found at Pierson Park in Tarrytown and Kingsland Point Park in Sleepy Hollow. The spectacular show over the Hudson is expected to last around 30 minutes

Larchmont 4th of July Races and Concert
Family-friendly races start at 10am in Flint Park. Free hot dogs after the races compliments of the Volunteer Fire Department. No Rain Date
In the evening, enjoy live music at Manor Park. At 7:00 The Dixie Dandies will perform American classics and that will be followed by fireworks at dusk. Note: picniking is not allowed. Fireworks are presented by the Committee on the Arts.

Rye Playland Fireworks 2016
July 3rd and July 4th. These are choreographed to music. Plus, every Friday night in July and August with the finale show Sept 2nd.
The July 3rd and 4th fireworks will be at 9:30pm (9:15 for other dates throughout the season.

Dobbs Ferry Fireworks 2016
Fireworks will start around 9pm in Waterfront Park. There will be a DJ and music starting at 3pm, so enjoy a lovely afternoon followed by sights and sounds on the Hudson River.

Irvington 4th of July Fireworks 2016
Fireworks will start at sunset (around 9pm in Matthiessen Park. There will be a DJ and music starting at 3pm, so enjoy a lovely afternoon followed by sights and sounds on the Hudson River.

New Rochelle - Spark the Sound - July 4th 2016
This annual fireworks display is produced by the Grucci Family of Fireworks and sponsored by New Rochelle Parks and Recreation. This event is open to all.

Peekskill 4th of July Festivities 2016
Enjoy a great view of Hudson River for an all day event. There will be a parade 10am-12:30pm, at 7pm there will be a Concert and Fireworks are set to start at 9pm.

Yonkers Fireworks - July 4, 2016
Enjoy the 4th of July fireworks on the Yonkers Waterfront. This is presented by Empire City Casino.
Starting at noon, there are several family friendly and kid activities including reenactments and crafts.
The evening will have live entertainment with music starting at 6pm on the Yonkers Pier. See below link for info on entertainment as there are 3 areas of concerts.
Fireworks will commence at 9:15.
The whole waterfront area will be blocked off for traffic from Warburton Ave down to the Pier between Main and Dock streets.

The Town of Greenburgh will have a Family Day on July 16 at Anthony F. Veteran Park. The day of fun will be capped off by fireworks in the evening.
