Did You Make Your Calls TODAY?

For those of you who may not know me, I am driven in this profession of, helping people to buy and sell homes.  I really try to consistently exceed my client's expectations.  It makes me feel the best, when a client says, I knew that you would be calling me today!  I always let them know my call back times, as well as, my feedback days.  If I become excited about a showing, or a second showing, I call them and let them know, that minute.  I just can't wait for the scheduled call time. I do the same with my buyers.  Poor things, I become their Mom, almost;)

Keep in mind, they know that I work by referral.  Most of them have come to me from their friends or family.  They know that I have a Coach keeping me on track and helping me to continue to succeed.  I send them notes, I call and I love to popby with their gift of the month.  All of these systems have become my routine. If I forget a day or so, or miss one of them on my popby days, they'll call to make sure that I am okay.

Today, while listening to Buff's Conference Call, I wrote down two pages of notes!  I am going to focus more on my personal and professional effectiveness.  I am increasing my win the day formula, today.

We all have routines.  How refined is yours?  Is it the same routine you performed daily, last month, last year?  Take a good look at what you are working on daily.  Make one change to improve your day.  Brian Buffini coached two Clubnet Members who called in, to change their routines.  Just a little.  I believe that all of us on that call today and all of the folks who will be receiving the CD in their referral systems box, will make that one little change.  It is the change that will bring you closer, faster to your goals.

Congratulations to Melinda from California and to Paul H (love the way he sang his last name!) for making it on the call today.  Thank you for helping us to succeed in this market.  Your questions are going to help our entire Buffini community.

I agree with you on making calls. It is so important in this industry.

I also have a partner so it makes it that much easier to make more calls.

Fran,  I never seem to remember to listen to the call live, but I do listen to the CD's (sometimes).  I have been remiss and a little down about this business lately and I need to get back on track.  Thanks for being there!

You have all of our family from Buffini to support you. Get up, go out for a walk, take deep breaths, come back and write 5 notes. Start today!  Brian's calls are so good for me, I don't miss one of them.  I rip open my box when it comes, just to grab that CD and listen to it.  I usually listen to it 10 - 12 times.  There is so much content on it, how could you ever be down if you were listening to Brian's good stuff?

C'Mon, make that one change today, right now.  Wait til you here that CD!!  It was just awesome!

Fran - Thanks for the reminder!  I'm a current "100 Days" student and keep getting side-tracked with daily business and old habits.  I'm convinced that calls, notes, and popbys are the best way to grow my business - and I'm trying to make paying daily attention to them my new habit.
