This is a question I get during the week from friends, colleagues and clients. What is the topic for Sunday's live radio show?
At dinner last night, my friend and fellow agent asked about the show. I had no specific topic. Let's see if anyone calls in with an interesting question or comment about real estate.
After all, the callers set the tone and discussion. My friend was surprised and told me she would have a 'heart attack' being out on a Saturday night and not having a subject prepared.
But...can you ever be prepared for real estate?
Each phone call, each email, each voice mail, each time you meet someone outside your office...all have the potential to be an adventure. That's the way I feel about the show!
Talking about today's Open House, talking about what has happened during the preceding week, talking about my current listings, talking about the week's showings, talking about homes I'm looking for for specific buyers and even talking about my recent blog posts...there is not a shortage of topics.
And then there are the callers...after all it is a live call in radio show.
Today I had two really good calls.
