Have you wondered what it would take to sell your home for the highest price, in the shortest amount of time, and with a minimum of inconvenience?

Besides accurate pricing and an effective marketing campaign, posting your home on the Internet can make a huge difference. The Internet has largely replaced newspapers as the advertising medium of choice for real estate listings.

Why? Posting listings online costs almost nothing, information can be changed or updated almost instantly, listings can be screened by price or area, and the information is available to prospective buyers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

According to a recent survey, almost 88% of all buyers use the Internet to search for a new home. They like the ability to see pictures and obtain additional information. Plus, buyers who search on the Web spend an average of $22,600 more for their new home than other buyers. To accomplish my goal of selling your home for the best price in the least amount of time, let's use one of the most effective marketing techniques--the Internet.

Please don't hesitate to call or email me if you would like additional information.  Remember, I work all of North Dallas County and Collin County including Richardson, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Carrollton, Garland, Rowlett, McKinney, etc... my car will take us anywhere you need to go!!

Hi Donna!

Your posts are always so good and to the point.  I tend to langer too much and lose sight of the concept of just posting thoughts.  You're a good person to follow.  I read your posts as often as possible.

Best Regards,

Lisa

Thanks Lisa!  I go back and forth on blogging about my thoughts and experiences back to just the obvious real estate stuff.  My clients like to see both, as it helps them get to know me and the market all at the same time.

Agree.  I'm using the internet for a couple of purposes:

1.  To attract buyers

2.  Sometimes clients will look at your website as an interview tool.  They want to check out your credentials.

Bottom line-referrals are number one, but the internet is a strong #2.

Hi Tracy!  You mentioned that you use the internet to attract buyers, but not sellers?  I've completely just redone my website in order to attract sellers as I always seem to attract buyers almost 10 to 1 to sellers.  I'm wanting to keep a consistant 5-7 listings at all time, but I seem to sell them all at once, and always dwindle back down to 2.  I currently only have two listings, but I sold 3 this month, so I had 5.  It's good to sell them, but I want to be consistantly replacing them with new listings.

This blog is to help educate Buyers, Sellers and even other Realtors across the country.  Each market is different and the way Real Estate is done is different.  Austin Real Estate is completely different than Dallas, California and Florida and everywhere else in between.  Some times there will be other things besides real estate as I like to rant and rave as much as the next!!  Come back often!
