Create a buzz about you

By
Education & Training with Consistent Clients

Often realtors get so caught up in closing the sale and making clients happy, we forget a vital aspect of marketing.

Creating a buzz about our service after the sale. It’s more important than you might think.

Simply collect testimonials…

It’s easier than it seems and once you become comfortable with the process, you’ll make it a part of every close.

Be sure to ask clients about their experience with you. thumbs up

Pay close attention to key words they use about you during your transactions. Then ask them to put it in writing. If your client is pressed for time, you might even create a template they can customize. Presto, you have an endorsement from a satisfied client for working with you.

What others say about you is 8,434 times more powerful than what you say about yourself. Collect testimonials throughout the year. They come in handy when clients are on the fence about using you. How many times has a testimonial swayed your buying decision?

A wonderful idea....I have just not felt comfortable asking.

Maybe I will try it.

Thanks.

You may even consider taking it several steps further. We put snippets from their testimonials on our web-page, and ask them to complete a form on incredibleagents.com.

I have yet to ask for that in writing. normally I hit what they are looking for and under contract under 4 outings with them. I just pay attention and get it right.

But you are correct a lot of agents will not pay attention to what they are asking for. great post
