For the past 9 years i have helped my clients buy, sell and lease real estate. Some Realtors prefer not to work with lease clients. I discovered early on that those who lease now often buy later.
Additionally it is a real joy to work with my lease clients. There is a lot of work in it but it is so rewarding to help them find the right place. This week I was able to help a family of four find a wonderful home to lease in Pflugerville. Today we found out that our lease was the one that was accepted above two others presented by the agent. Awesome news.
