I did not publish a report in June, and the reason is our local REALTOR Association joined the North Carolina Regional MLS (representing multiple associations in our area) in May. At present count there are 10 Associations participating.
As a result of the integration of all of these separate associations' data, there were multiple duplicate entries for certain addresses. These duplicate entries skewed the actual sales numbers and I did not feel I could give a reliable report in June.
Though we are still working through all of the data, and there are still duplicate entries to be removed, I feel these numbers accurately reflect the trends of our local real estate market.
I also know in the very near future, we will have more accurate sales data for Onslow County than we have ever had before.
Please feel free to contact myself, or any of our real estate professionals at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage (910) 353-5100 to discuss this report, or for help with all of your real estate needs.
