It seems like every week a new subdivision is popping up in Bozeman! It's getting hard to keep them all straight. Of course there are the neighborhoods that have been around for years that we all recognize, but here are a some newer ones that are on their way to becoming some of Bozeman's most popular.
THE CROSSING
As Bozeman's northwest grows, this is one of the most popular places new subdivisions are heading. The Crossing is between Oak Street and Baxter Lane off of Davis bordering the 100-Acre Regional Park. This location is hot right now, close to new schools, trails and where several retailers and restaurants are. This subdivision is a great layout of single family homes with an active HOA and design guidelines.
DIAMOND ESTATES
Staying on the northwest part of town just down the street on Oak is Diamond Estates. Located next to Oak Springs, another up and coming subdivision, is this beautifully planned neighborhood. There's an 11-acre park, trail system and great playground. It's also just across the street from the 100-Acre Regional Park and easy to get to N. 19th or Huffine. This subdivision is a mix of single and multi-family homes with restricted lot sizes designed for convenience and livability.
MEADOW CREEK
Next we'll head south of town. Meadow Creek has been around for a few years, but recently has boomed! Located directly off South 19th, you get easy access right to town while still feeling like you are out a bit. There is plenty of open space offering trails, parks, picnic areas and a pond. The views out here are fantastic! This is a planned community with single and multi-family homes. There are covenants and an HOA to help ensure the homes and surrounding areas remain beautiful. Here's one of our featured listings currently for sale in Meadow Creek...
