Did you know that we have a Down Payment Assistance program that offers up to $15,000.00 in closing costs to qualified buyers?

First Time home buyer is anyone that hasn't owned a PRIMARY RESIDENCE in 3 years. Veterans (not on active duty) borrowers are exempt from the 3 year rule. So, they can purchase at any time using down payment assistance as long as NOT on active duty.

Maximum household income for 1-2 Persons in the household is $62,282.00

Maximum household income for 3+ persons in the household is $71,185.00

Maximum price point for Hillsborough county is $258,690.00

We used to have a program for this called the Nehemiah Program where Sellers could GIFT a DP to , and it would be forward to the Buyers .
