Grand Prairie, TX Real Estate Market Statistics for May 2016

The low inventory trend in available homes for sale continues for Grand Prairie, with available resale homes below that of the prior two years:

 

 

New construction homes posted another increase in available inventory from 2014 and 2015:

 

 

 

   

And although the median price fluctuates month to month, it is exciting to see that the median home price
per foot continues to rise for the Grand Prairie Real
