While the inventory of five bedroom homes isn't very high (it never is) there is still a fairly wide variety of these homes available. Five bedroom homes tend to be larger or have basement bedrooms. Some of them may have a guest house that helps to make up the higher bedroom count.
This report covers the Surface Creek area of Delta County. This includes the small communities of Cedaredge, Austin, Eckert and Cory.

- Prices start at $259,000 and go up to $375,000.
- The average listing price is $315,483. The median price is $306,950.
- House sizes start at 1540 square feet and top out at 3506 square feet.
- All of the current listings have an out of town location.
Five bedroom homes are a segment of the market where we don't generally see a lot of activity...with listings and sales.
