I felt like a quick delicious healthy dinner tonight. . .This was super easy... 15 minutes. :)

1.Mix orange marmalade (2tbsp) and garlic chili paste (1tbsp) with coconut oil (1tbsp) and large raw peeled shrimp in bowl for a few minutes while heating a skillet to high heat.

2. Pour shrimp and orange spice marinade in hot skillet and cook a few min then flip shrimp and sear until opaque. .

3. Serve hot with fresh cilantro or other herbs. .Enjoy! ‪#‎TamraLee‬ Simple and Healthy!
