Once again, Karen Anne Stone and New Home Hunters DFW presents just an absolutely gorgeous home in North Fort Worth on the Western Edge of Keller... and the great news is... it is Available and Ready for Immediate Occupancy.

This three bedroom, two bath home is just overflowing with standard features and optional goodies... all of which are included in the price of $173,990.  The home features a large "great room," a gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, a gas cook-top, oil-rubbed bronze tile back-splash in the bathrooms and kitchen, and two inch faux wood blinds throughout.

The home also features a "Flex Room" which could be a formal dining room, or additional sitting/living area, a covered rear patio, upgraded ceramic tile in all the main areas, a gas/wood-burning fireplace, an incredibly efficient radiant roof barrier, and of course, full sprinkler and security system.

All three bedrooms are "over-sized..." with the second bedroom being 13 x 11.6 and the third bedroom measuring 12.6 x 11.6.  The gorgeous front elevation of this pretty home features the popular "farm house" look with two dormers, and a covered front porch with brick support columns.  A beautiful "decorator" front door completes the package.

If you are in the market for a gorgeous new home, and are finally ready to make the move from "Just Looking" to "Let's Get Serious"... one call to the New Home Hotline at (817) 929-3400 is all it takes for your very own personal tour.  You may also see this and many other really great homes at www.NewHomeHuntersDFW.com

8 Comments on Brand New in Fort Worth... Farm House Appeal at $173,990

Karen - so - if I sold my house here in Oregon - this is my kind of home - I would buy this in a heart beat - I want to be in Texas so bad right now.... this is the first spring in 4 years I have missed my trip and I am home sick - maybe this fall I can come back for my visit -

Thesa:  I would love to have you here as a neighbor... maybe even as a partner.  How cool would that be ?

This is a very nice home built by a very unique builder.  I think I have about sixteen of their homes on my www.NewHomeHuntersDFW.com website.  I had an email from a prospect on one of them about two weeks ago.  I showed them the homes of this builder... we looked through perhaps six of their homes and models, and then ended up buying one on April 20th.  I am pleased, and very happy for them... they are a great couple, and are thrilled with their new home.

Thesa... it's a very easy drive.  I drove from Fort Worth to Portland about eight years ago.  From here... west on I-20, which turns into I-10.  It hits Highway 5 somewhere near Fresno, I think, and then a quick right turn (I hate turning "right"... LOL) and up through California, through the absolutely gorgeous Mt Shasta National Forest (I almost stayed there for good) and into Oregon... Oar-E-Gun... and up to Portland.  Come On Down !

Rick:  You submitted your comment at 4:40am.  Were you still up from last night, or are you getting up that early this morning ?  Thanks for your kind wishes... and yes, it is even better inside.  Take care... have a great Wednesday.

Karen Anne:  I've never heard of a flex room.  I'll have to remember that when I have one of those hard to describe rooms on my hands.  Very nice looking home!

Hi Karen Anne!  That's a great looking house you have listed.  Believe it or not, I sometimes get calls for people interested in Fort Worth - I'll definitely keep this one in the back of my head.

Good luck with it!  I bet you'll have it sold quickly... who wouldn't love a house with a "Flex" room?

Chris Ann:  A "flex room" is a multi-purpose room... could be a small living/sitting room, a formal dining room, an open media room, or used for other purposes.  Thanks for your kind words... take care...

Steve:  It really is a sharp-looking home.  If you get calls for Fort Worth, I know a great Realtor over here you can refer them too.  Thanks for your kind words...
