Cheap Lethbridge Real Estate
An article published today in our National media discusses how the average home price across Canada has increased and is now sitting around $508,000. That is half a million dollars. Now this number is not a true reflection of most of Canada, as that number is significantly distorted by the Million dollar properties in Vancouver and Toronto markets. Outside of those 2 markets, or even removing those 2 most high priced markets from the average would likely result in the real number falling to more like $300,000 average across the country.
Here in Lethbridge, our real estate still remains affordable and our economy stronger than most other regions. You can still buy cheap real estate here. A starter condo can be purchased for $130k, a basic duplex for $200k, and a brand new home in a new subdivision for $270k. This is all pretty cheap, but even our average price is closer to the $280k price range, and far below the Canadian average. You can still buy cheap lethbridge real estate.
