Over the last couple years when Vegas Bob is posting stories and photos about his traveling to Alaska, California, Myanmar & Thailand just to name a few, many members have asked how can you sell Real Estate if your not in Las Vegas?
Well the question is simple, it's called an associate with the brokerage I work with.
My associates name is Jennifer Savi and she is the best. Jennifer and Vegas Bob work his leads together and when I am not in Las Vegas Jennifer finds VB's clients homes. Any listings that Vegas Bob gets he gives them to Jennifer and we split the commissions accordingly.
In face Vegas Bob just received a call from a ActiveRain member he has know from around 7 years now. She called Vegas Bob out of the blue and said her son wants to purchase a home around $250K cash or conventional.
Jennifer is really a blessing to Vegas Bob ...
So for anyone wishing to purchase a home, condo, etc in Las Vegas, Henderson and surrounding areas that doesn't think Vegas Bob can find them a home because he's always traveling and or working in California, think again!
And there is a HUGE chance that when the Las Vegas Blvd lights up with commercial construction in 2017, Vegas Bob may be living there 24/7 ;o)
