- Yesterday AM the MBS market briefly pushed into new territory and it appeared that MBS prices had finally broken out two week sideways trend and it looked like we were on our way to lower rates. Unfortunately, MBS market prices was smothered by investor selling and the market is right back where it started. Short term closes should be locked.
- Keep a close eye on the MBS market, Mortgage rates move opposite the MBS market and it remains in Overbought territory and could quickly switch directions from up to down, raising rates..
