Inspirada, Henderson Nevada

Inspirada, a 2000 acre master planned community, is one of the new home developments in the Las Vegas valley. It is a Focus Group development located in the southern foothills of Henderson.

Inspirada has open streetscapes that offer old city charm. When the project is complete, it will have seven villages with a city center that has restaurants, shops and other commercial amenities. The community has an urban feel with sidewalks that will connect all the villages, parks and open spaces.

The development will be market driven and construction will be a little slower than originally anticipated. Eventually, there will be eight developers and as many as 13,000 home. Currently, Toll Brothers, KB Homes and Meritage are selling.

May 3 and 4, 2008, Meritage will hold it's "Get It All" sales promotion to celebrate their grand opening of four neighborhoods in Inspirada.

Always bring a real estate agent to represent you when going to a new home development. Your agent must accompany you, on your first visit to the new home site, in order for you to be represented by your agent.

This sounds like an exciting new community in your marketplace. We'll keep you in mind if we have anyone heading up your way to buy.

Roberta - nice write up on a beautiful area...I haven't checked out things in Inspirada in several months, will have to take a ride that way and see how it has grown.

Nice looking place.....If the weather doesn't change for the better around here soon, you might have a whole lot of new people from the Seattle area. Blue sky and sun....forgot what it looks like.
