We just closed on a house for $1,300,000. We are listing agents and refer buyers to our new buyer agent. But right before we hired Doug to be our buyers' agent, we received a call from a buyer who was looking for an aeronautical community. 

He just told us today that he had called several agents but that not one of them called him back, well, no  one except for us! You snooze, you lose. He found us on Active Rain when he did his search for aeronautical communities ( where of course our Active Rain post shows up on page 1 in #3 spot, with only the community website above our post!) and then went to our website.

Nestor knew exactly what he was looking for because he keeps on top of the market in Palm Beach County. We closed on this house today, all cash for a very good price. The seller and buyer are both happy. Now the house we sold is in and of itself a great story which I will be post about next week! You will not want to miss it!

The house our buyer bought is right on the beautiful turf taxiway. He flew in this morning right before closing from Tampa Florida. Nestor picked him up at the house out on the taxiway and drove him to the closing. How fun is that! You just fly in, sign your closing papers and fly back in time for dinner!  No traffic to deal with and no hassles on the road!
