It has been quite a while since I've written here or posted any updates about what I've been up to with work or the like. With some fairly big changes in what used to be a small sales team here in the Mortgages team in the big Z, my tasks have changed significantly since the beginning of the year. I'm no longer managing accounts but instead am in charge of creating helpful content and training. I've been working as a liason between Sales and Marketing, helping to build content that our lenders need. I'm the mix of a copyrighter, curator, content strategist, and now I'm in charge of building a small team. So cool!
Do you have a Lender profile on Zillow Group? Well, you should keep an eye out for Zillow Group Mortgages Webinars (long name, I know... not of my own picking). This is my project baby. I've pioneered this brand new training and coaching resource for all lenders who use Zillow/Trulia. What is it? Well, it's a series of webinars on various topics, such as reviews, lead follow-up best practices, etc., that I am presenting. This is a fairly awesome role to have and I couldn't be more excited to be part of this growing and needed role.
