On Saturday, June 18, I wrote about Day 5...Preparing For Liftoff

Today, I finalized the agreement and game plan with the contractor who will be making outbound calls for us.  There are still scripts to be fine tuned, and a couple of other details to complete prior to them making the calls starting Thursday of next week, June 30th.

They will be able to schedule appointments on our behalf directly with the Homeowners - via TimeTrade - which syncs with our iCals (synchs with other calendars as well).  If you haven't checked this fabulous and inexpensive tool out before - I encourage you to do so.  It even comes with a 15 Day Free Trial!

West Press is now in full production mode - printing, cutting, binding, assembling and wrapping....the "packages".

Target launch date for them to start shipping the packages (fulfilment) is still Monday, June 27th.

We have VoiceNation in place to handle inbound calls - 24/7/365.

All Suzanne and I have to do now is review and finalize the followup letters 2 through 9, and fine tune the scripts for the resource making the followup calls.

That's the plan for tomorrow and Thursday.

Stay tuned!

If they prove to be successful "long term" Evelyn Johnston I'm happy to share.  For now - I'll say that it would be very difficult for a recipient to consider throwing in the trash (from all the feedback we've received so far) and it is very "visible" unless they hide it somewhere!
