I come from, “Never Eat Alone”, one of my favorite books and a philosophy that I totally believe in. Spending one on one time with referral partners is invaluable. I use the time to be educated and learn from the person that I am with. The more I know about them and their business and of course the reverse, the more opportunity there will be to refer business back and forth.
Hi Joe, as always you are awesome and great having lunch with you today, I always enjoy getting together every few weeks. It seems every time we get together I learn about another type of financing or ways to better serve my clients.
I forgot to mention that I keep sending potential listings to Albert, I’m sure he will eventually see something that he wants to see.
