Systems are the key to success. Our closing system has been very valuable to us. Here is a copy and we hope this helps you have more successful transactions. We use this in addition to the Keller Williams Checklist (I highly encourage anyone not with KW to at least read the Millionaire Real Estate Agent).

Just one more reason for me to check out KW. Thanks for sharing a system. Most brands don't offer a system to the agents...just figure out one for yourself, it seems.
