It is good to be recognized as a COOL place to live and the highlights noted in the article about being a friendly city. being a growing fashion, the arts, entreprenuial spirit and craft beer, are all true, it doesn't mention some of the other reasons that make Columbus great.

Things like being a major banking center, the high tech companies that are based here, major transportation hubs including FedEx and UPS, major retail companies and distribution centers research facilities, respected hospitals and medical research. All of this contributes to providing above average employment opportunites.
Of course THE Ohio State University, world class libraries and the Columbus Zoo, Sports and the investment in infrastructure improvements make it easy to access all Columbus has to offer.
