Station Casinos owners Lorenzo & Frank Fertitta, explain their vision Tuesday for Viva, which, at $10 billion, would become the most expensive casino complex ever built. The brothers envision a complex with three casinos, at least three hotels and as many as 10,000 rooms on 110 acres at Tropicana Avenue and Interstate 15.

That's right folks $10,000,000,000 with a capital "B."

Located near the Panorama high rise condos, I am excited to see what will happen to Panorama resale units as with the price of oil going up, what will be the true value of any high rise condo in the near or distant future.

What a great project!  I can't wait to see something that costs $10,000,000........oops, $10,000,000,000.  Now that is going to be difficult to get used to!  Let's see if Lefty can get me comped at this place!  fat Chance...
