- You current live in substandard housing and/or are paying more than 50% of the gross monthly income for your household toward your rent and utilities
- You currently are earning between 30-60% of the current Hud median income for Jackson County, Oregon at time of application
- You are willing to work 500 hours of sweat equity/volunteer hours
- You have been a resident of Jackson County, Oregon for at least the past year
Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity has scheduled the next Orientation Day to begin the selection process for the next 3 houses they are building. There will be one 4 bedroom home built in Central Point, Oregon and two 3 bedroom homes built in partnership with Ashland Community Land Trust on Bridge Street in Ashland, Oregon.

Orientation Day will be held Wednesday, May 14th at the First Presbyterian Church of Ashland (Corner of Siskiyou Blvd and Walker in Ashland) at 7:00 p.m. All adults in the household applying for a Habitat home MUST attend.
