We are offering $5,000 in free upgrades or additional closing expenses (provided they use National City Mortgage and Bellamy Law Firm) in unsold townhomes at the following locations:
1. Lots 9-15, and 16-22 at Pinckney Square (R11)
2. Lots 40-44, 1-9, 10-16 or 17-23 at South Market Row (R5)
These special incentives are effective immediately but may be terminated without notice.

The deposit for a residential unit is $10,000 and for a Live/Work is $15,000. You should be able to take possession and move in by the end of the year. This will give you plenty of time to get the financing for the remainder of the purchase price in place.
There are still a few models available that are completed, allowing you to move in within the next 5 weeks. There are no incentives for these units.
