Spring Has Sprung

Spring has sprung and the market is really heating up in the Twin Cities. We have continued to increase our internet presence and we have completed our new custom web-site www.coolshax.com . The site is generating strong traffic along with some solid leads, something our old site didn't do. The new site better fits the type of upper bracket clients and homes we handle. We also continue to push the envelope on what we can do with the Re/Max Design Center, it is simply the best marketing resource in real estate. Re/Max.com continues to grow in capabilities and numbers so the goal of reaching the power of Realtor.com is in sight. I also think it is up to us as Realtors to focus on the positives in the market instead of all the negative information from the media.
