Stratford CT single family home sales for May 2016 INCREASED 15% as compared to May 2015 sales.  


Listing and closed price averages were both down 7%.  The median went down 8%.  Read here about the difference between the sales average and median home price.

 

Days on the market went DOWN 1%.

 
The absorption rate for the month remained in a seller's market from last month. If there was no new inventory, it would take 4.43 months to sell off the active 239 listings.
