Who is the group for?

Women nearing, at, & beyond menopause is the focus of gathering. We have been experiencing the wonderful calm of meditation and supportive sharing in this wonderful facility.

Do you need to be Buddhist? Not at all - and expected in no way, although many are interested in learning more of the practice.

When and Where?

1370 Lawrence Ave. Yitung Temple

Mondays 6:45 Bell Call to meditation * 7pm Drum Call to start

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a notebook for exercises and personal notes.
