As reported today, Louisiana's delinquent mortgage rate drop from 2007 rate of 1.1% to 2008 rate of 1.0%. This is great news for us here in Louisiana. It shows to our buyers and seller that our market is stable. Not everyone or at least one in three is in foreclosure. With no surprise Florida and California still have top honors.
