Exercise More - It doesn't have to be hard core stuff.. You can walk/ run, ride a bike, do yoga, zumba, ANYTHING.. even play a sport. Exercise has a profound effect on our happiness and well-being and it has even been proven to be an effective strategy for overcoming depression. Exercise can also help you to relax, increase your brain power and even improve your body image, even if you don't lose any weight. I find it helpful for stress relief as well!!
