Good news for my daughter.

Yup, she's now one step closer to becoming a millionairess.

"How,?" you ask.

Well, it's simple. She's now chief cook and bottle washer of her own little LLC which will now begin investing in real estate with Roth IRA funds.......

Here's cheers for my baby.

I just stopped by to say thanks for visiting my blog and commenting. I really appreciate it. The mechanism your daughter is using to invest in real estate is truly powerful. Very few people understand that they can use their IRA funds to invest in real estate. I hope she has a competent financial advisor and accountant working with her as she begins her new adventure.

I would make sure to be diversified. I use mutual funds for retirement and regular savings for real estate. You never know which one might take off and which will go down. Of course, both are cheap now.
