Congrats. FHA inspections are more detailed and invasive. I keep a cheatsheet that outlines everything I need to check. Plus as a tip, always inform people that the water and electric need to be turned on. Especially vacant listings. You wouldnt beleive how many times I go to houses that are vacant and they are winterized. Also, when I set up my appt I ask that people have their heat or AC on when I get there, so the inspection takes less time.
