8 Years in the Rain And Still Not Drenched

You are one of the greats around here Kathleen! I just wish I found out about Active Rain sooner. I've only had a chance to be here about a year and a half so far and it has flown by!

Kathleen - A light went on in my head last night!  I read a lot of posts, like you, but I think my fingers type so fast when I comment that sometimes they are faster than my brain can dictate!  As crazy as that sounds, imagine that all of a sudden I had a deer in the head lights look that I forgot a critical comment on someones post.  I know I commented as to the relevant nature of the post, but I remembered suddenly that someone wrote a post that included a sentence about beating cancer.  You mentioned above that you beat cancer.  That single thought hit me in the head last night and I was frantic to figure out which agent made that remark.   I was trying to figure it out and ended up posting a quick blog about it to members only.   Sharon Tara pointed me in the right direction!  

So, congratulations on beating cancer!  That is a remarkable feat and as I mentioned in my post, I'm sure you celebrate annually or wherever and whenever you can.   Congratulations!

Kathleen Daniels - AR has given us a countrywide look at what real estate is doing, the possibilities. If we were the "olden days", we were just able to see what's happening in our neck of the woods. And that would have limited us.

I first blogged on Trulia when they were a stand up site that loved agents. Then they switched bsiness models and most agents ran. I ran to the Rain Kathleen Daniels , got off to a rough start. Then met some wonderful people who guided me, helped me and the rest is history

Nice reflections, Kathleen.  So glad you whipped that bad boy cancer in the ass-tronaut.  Glad you're still around.  You're #1 for Santa Clara County and #1 in our hearts and minds.  Folks, I gotta tell you that what makes Kathleen so successful, and allows her a constant book of business is her participation and active use of AR, sharing and contributing, and ever expanding of her relationships.  Well done, Kathleen!  See you at the next meetup.

Kathleen, for once, and perhaps the for first time ever, I finally agree with what Gary said!  Well done.  He finally got something right!  I think you have been on this fantastic blog about a year or two longer than myself.  Always enjoy reading what you post.  Haven't seen you in a while, but I really wanted to tell you I love your market updates.  Well researched!

Kathleen Daniels Always enjoy your posts... I've been in the Rain a little over 4 years and as I'm sure you know not very active the past few months... Mostly due to health issues but I can say that I am feeling better and so very happy to be getting "Wet" again.... What I missed the most was my friends... Sounds strange since  we only had the pleasure of meeting one in person but the relationships are so real and so beautiful... Bottom line I (Beth) love the Rain and Rich loves to see me happy and playing in the Rain...  You have always inspired me Kathleen... May God bless you always...
