This quiet little subdivision sits on the east side near the town limits. Some of the homes back up to open space. There are no thru streets so there is very little traffic. Most of the homes are ranch style with three bedrooms.
On the east side of the neighborhood there is a wide open pasture that allows for good views of Cedar Mesa. Surface Creek borders the neighborhood on the west side and some of the homes have creek frontage.
- Sales activity has been moderate so far this year. Two homes have sold...one for $151,000 and one for $155,000. The average sold price is $153,000.
- There is one listing at this time and one house pending a sale. The listed property is a two bedroom home on the east side with nice Cedar Mesa views. It's priced at $127,500.
Cedaredge Estates offers a great price point for a home in this area. Although you have to be ready to act when a property does come on the market. This neighborhood hasn't had too many homes listed for sale over the last several years. The homes that sold this year were on the market for less than 55 days. That's a pretty quick turn around time in this market.
