Ah! the 4th has come and gone. What a great chance to catch up with friends and
family!
One thing I found, as I made my rounds this weekend, I was inspired by a great
garden & pool area. Now I've done a bit of updating on my own landscaping.
The outcome, greater "curb appeal".
I love the look of my home as I'm driving up to it.
Now, I'm not selling my home any time soon, however, I thought you might benefit

This week in Northridge we saw 10 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from
$310,000 - $920,000; for an average of $628,200. Homes were built between
1951 and 1995. They range in size from 988sf - 3024sf. Lastly, the homes were
on the market between 14 and 234 days, with an average selling time of 82 days.
